Partridge House Partridge House Senior Living Community consists of 40 apartments in scenic downtown Hampton, NH. We are located just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, shopping and 1 hour from three major airports in Boston, MA, Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. Residents can choose from either a small studio, large studio or one bedroom apartment. All apartments are equipped with microwave, mini fridge and private bathrooms. After going for a swim in our indoor pool, community members and their families or friends can enjoy cocktails by the fireplace, pool table, outdoor patio or enjoy a home cooked meal in our one of four common area kitchens. We also offer restaurant-style dining in our elegantly appointed main dining room. Accommodations may be made to have meals delivered to your room as well.
